Install fda.

Windows

1. Open the downloaded .exe installer.
2. If Windows SmartScreen appears, click More info → Run anyway.
3. Follow the installer, then launch Attain Telemetry Agent.
4. When it opens, enter your work email and name, then click Continue.

macOS

1. Open the downloaded .dmg and drag Attain Telemetry Agent to Applications.
2. Open the app. When macOS says it could not verify it, click Done, not Move to Trash.
3. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security and scroll down to Security.
4. Next to “Attain Telemetry Agent was blocked”, click Open Anyway, authenticate, then click Open Anyway in the dialog that follows.
5. When it opens, enter your work email and name, then click Continue.
6. It launches normally from then on and asks for two permissions. Allow both: without them it runs but records nothing.
7. Open System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility and switch Attain Telemetry Agent on. If it is not listed, click + and choose it from Applications.
8. Do the same under Privacy & Security → Input Monitoring, then quit and reopen the agent if macOS asks you to.
9. Still showing Capture limited with the switch already on? That switch belongs to an older version. Select the app, click − to remove it, then + to add it again and switch it on. Turning it off and on is not enough.
