Windows

  1. Open the downloaded .exe installer.
  2. If Windows SmartScreen appears, click More info → Run anyway.
  3. Follow the installer, then launch Attain Telemetry Agent.

macOS

  1. Open the downloaded .dmg and drag Attain Telemetry Agent to Applications.
  2. First launch: right-click the app → Open, then confirm Open.
  3. Subsequent launches open normally.
